MY REVIEW
This is a sweet read with a touch of magic! It is a quick read that includes mermaids and second chances. I think I’m starting to prefer second chances, or characters that knew each other first before jumping into a relationship. It allows the reader to assume a history that maybe isn’t written there. Then the reader is able to believe the feelings more. The author created such a cute small town here; I want to get in my car to visit it! I want to attend the festival, get on the boat to watch the fireworks, and get ice cream at the local ice cream shop. I enjoyed Peyton because she comes across as carefree and whimsical. For those that like a quick read with romance and magic, this book is for you!
