Crush

Unfortunately, I’m slowly starting to like these stories less and less. In this one, Cathy Blake has been holding a torch for Pete Schmidt since high school. She’s excited to see him at the Reunion, tell him how she feels, and once and for all find out if he was the author of the poem that was left in her locker. At the reunion, Danny Patel shows up and confesses that he’s been in love with her since high school. But who does Cathy really want?

This was cute but it lacked depth. Honestly, as I was reading it I was wondering if people really hold a flame for 10 years and cannot move on. I did enjoy Danny and he made my heart swoon a little bit. I will finish this Reunion Flirts series, but I’m hoping the next one is more like the first one, which I really enjoyed.

If you’d like to try this one, get it here.
