This was a different type of book: Phoebe, Eliza, and Rose are identical triplets, but they are oh so different. Phoebe meets Angus and falls in love when they are teenagers. But at some point they take a break, and Phoebe meets someone else. Eventually, Phoebe and Angus get back together and become engaged. On a trip away before her wedding, something changes everything. Eliza has to face a former love, and Rose has to figure out her life and love. But who are each of the sisters destined to love?
I really wanted to love this book as much as I loved a prior book that I read by this author. But that didn’t happen, unfortunately. Honestly, I was really bored reading this book. I wasn’t moved, I didn’t feel any of the characters’ emotions. I wasn’t invested in any of the characters, and I didn’t care what happened to any of them. So this was just a total miss for me. I will still read other books by this author because I still have the other book on my mind, but maybe I won’t rush to it.
