My Review

I love this author, and I read the first two in this series, so I HAD to read the third! This book did not disappoint. This book mainly takes place over the course of a single evening, which I absolutely love. It makes the timing of everything feel realistic, but with everything that is going on, it is not slow at all.

Davids is really great at keeping you on the edge of your seat. She writes such thrilling reads with jaw dropping twists. This family is so full of secrets and they are JUICY. It’s like a trainwreck, it’s bad but you don’t want to look away. Davids is so skillful with her writing!

This was a good conclusion to the Bailey family drama that was happening. I had a feeling about something from the last book (I can’t say more than that without giving something away and I always promise to write spoiler free reviews), and I was right! But the way that Davids creates and plots is just wow.

The epilogue does leave a little on a cliffhanger, so I wonder if this isn’t the last we’ll see of the Bailey family, or at least some of the Bailey family members.
