Instagraphia

Bianca Ford is an influencer. All she cares about is her Instagram follower numbers and what floor she lives on in The Desade Building. She will do whatever it takes to get her followers up, and move up to a higher floor. She embraces popular causes in order to make this happen, and thinks and curates the perfect posts. The Influencer Awards are coming up, and of course, Bianca wants to win Influencer of the Year. But…. one wrong move and things can come tumbling down.

I don’t normally read satirical novels, but this was the perfect one for me to read! I mean, we all are on here day after day posting about books, applying to influencer programs. This book is very much for the now!

While it’s hard to want to root for Bianca because of her narcissism, it’s also really hard to put this book down. Reading about her is like looking at something that you should look away from but you can’t! The hoops and elaborate schemes are just out of this world!

And I get it, this book is funny…it’s satire, right? But is it? I mean.. I’m not an influencer. I don’t make my money this way. I do this for fun. The real influencers – are their posts, their following all that they think about all day long? Do they perfectly curate their posts? Do they post about causes they know thing about just to look like they care in order to gain followers? This whole book made me think… yes, this is satirical fiction, but is it? There has to be some truth to it!

I really enjoyed this book! I really think everyone should read this! It’s on Kindle Unlimited so go check it out!
