The tension on between Aurélie and Callum is palpable. It radiates off the page. But you as a reader want nothing more than to see them win, see them make it. The problem is, and as much as I don’t normally like them, this book ends in a cliff hanger! Being able to get inside Callum’s head via his chapters is what really makes this book special. Yes, there are a lot of sexual thoughts, but there are so many other thoughts that come from Callum too. Putting all the spicy thoughts aside, he’s really sweet and he really cares about Aurélie.

Aurélie is really awesome. I love that she is confident enough to try to dominate the best she can in an all male sport. Is she perfect? No. Does she have slip ups on the track? Yes. But that’s how it goes. I watch a lot of NASCAR, so I really appreciated the racing aspect of this book.

Parts of the book got a little repetitive, some parts did drag out a bit. This is going to be a 5 book series, which makes me a little nervous. But I started the drive, and I’m not crashing out anytime soon!
