My Review
I love Dev’s writing. This is my second book by this author, and yes, this is a romance book but really it’s just much more than that.
The relationship between the sisters is a huge focus of this book. What one has given up for the other and what the other is now giving up. Both of these sisters are so selfless in more ways than one. While their relationship wasn’t always great, and when Rupi arrived back in Simi’s life, it wasn’t the greatest start, they worked their way back to being sisters. It was so beautiful to read.
The sister’s aren’t the only ones that are selfless. Prem and his family are just as selfless. Everyone is so welcoming of Rupi and Simi. The found family in this book is one of my favorite aspects. I love a great found family. I’d love to be apart of the Gupta family!
I really loved how this book ended too. It was absolutely perfect. I do want to know more about their future. I’d love to get a novella for a “where are they now” type thing. So if you love heartwarming family books with romance, you need to check out this book!
