Scientist Allie Lake and actor Milo Ford sit next to each other on a plane. When they each get to their desired location, they realized that they don’t have their phones. Soon, they realize that they have each others’ phones. They try to trade them back but it didn’t seem to work. They decide to help each other out and provide info to each other from their respective phones, and would meet up in 17 days. When that day came, Allie can’t get in touch with Milo, and then Allie’s diary, their text messages.. all leaked. Two years later, they are unexpectedly thrown together. Are there still feelings there?
This was a really cute book! I loved the premise, and I equally loved the text message conversations in the beginning of the book. I especially loved how different Milo was. By that I mean, his interests, how quirky he is as him and Allie text and call each other to get to know each other. This helped the banter stay really cute.
I also loved that Allie was in science. Either the author has a lot of knowledge of the science items, or researching it SOO much – which I totally appreciate. I really ejoyed that Milo took a interest.
Aver all, this was a realt cute book.
