Hannah was a reality show contestant but now she’s trying to prove herself. So she takes a gig on a reality tv show competition as the host. The only problem is that she’s clumsy. She hurts her ankle on the first day and wounds up at the hospital. That’s where she meets Dr. Zac Sterling – the ultimate grump. And with how clumsy Hannah is, he’s assigned to be her round the clock care. The more time they spend together, the more they are drawn to each other and realize that their first impressions may have been wrong.
This was such a cute read! I really Zac, yes he was grumpy, but there was something very brooding behind it. He’s the handsome doctor that doesn’t want to be used for his last name, his status. But he’s also the doctor that is holding onto his job by a lifeline because his boss is a piece of work. So now he’s trying to not cross that line, but it’s clear that he cares about Hannah in the way that he does take care of her. It’s clear that he’s attracted to her too.
Hannah is a ray of sunshine. Yes, she’s clumsy, but she is always trying and really wants to make this job work. She’s also attracted to Zac and I really love how her confidence came out around him.
This is swoony, and little spicy. The ending was great and left me with a smile on my face!
